Blazin' Blush White Zinfandel is the product of late harvest, Texas Zinfandel grapes that came from the Palacios Family Vineyard in Austin County, Texas. The naturally occuring, beautiful fuchsia color is the result of seperating the juice from the skins only 12 hours after crush. This semi-sweet blush wine features aromas of mangos and apricots. It is soft and pleasing on the palate. This wine will make an excellent aperitif and pairs nicely with many foods, particularly finger foods.
